WLN "Youth Knight" at 9-10-2010 Home Varsity Football Game

Walled Lake Northern's home game September 10, 2010 will be "Youth Knight".  

All players to wear their jerseys to the game will be admitted free and receive a voucher for pizza & a drink at the door.


We love to support our WLN Knights, and hope to see many Gators and their families enjoying the game.  We will end practice by 7 PM, with "Gator Up" at 6:50 so that people can get over to the game in time for kickoff.  

Northern plays WLCentral that night and the game begins at 7:30.

ML GATOR FOOTBALL ORGANIZATION
ONE NATION - ONE FAMILY

 

As many of you may have already heard, one of our Gator families has suffered the loss of their home and beloved pets in a tragic fire the morning of August 27th, 2010.  We joyfully report the family escaped safely.  They did however, lose everything in the fire. 

The Naso Family is very involved in the Gator Nation, with Missy serving on the Board as the Concessions Director, Andy helping out and attending all the games, and sons on the JV and on the Freshman teams.  Registrar Tracie Scribner is accepting all donations at her home, 809 Ennest Drive, White Lake, MI, 48386.  Her phone is 248-366-4640, or cell 616-450-2088.

There will also be a table for donation collections set up during our Home games on Sunday.  Suggested donations are gift cards:  Walmart, Kohl's, restaurants, gas cards, Meijer's, etc.  Plastic/Rubbermaid totes are also needed to help keep all the donations organized.  The sizes for clothing and shoes for the family are included below.

Hey Gator Nation - ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!!

 

Our first home game is this Sunday, August 29th.  Please check your team pages to confirm times, and your coaches will let you know what colors your athletes will be wearing.  Rhonda is still looking for volunteers for Sunday, so please reach out and get those volunteer hours in.  Our organization runs with the help of our amazing families - thank you to all who have volunteered, and to all who are going to reach out and sign up:  .

A huge thanks to Freshman Coach Paul Mouton and Rosanna Mouton for hosting the Freshman Gators at a great cookout Friday evening.  What a great chance to bond and have fun together as a team and as a Gator family.  The other Gator teams are bonding well too, and we are coming together every Friday for our "GATOR UP" Gator Nation meetings.  Everyone is so proud of all of our athletes for the great effort at football practice, cheer practice, and at the scrimmages last week.  Great job Gators, and we look forward to a great week of practice, and will go into our first game ready and with Gator Pride!
